When you would like a copy of your score report sent to your current or future institution, please email us (flats-sec@byu.edu) with the following information:
• Your first and last name as they appear on your registration
• When you took the test (month and year will do)
• Which language you took
• Where you would like your scores sent. If the institution accepts emailed scores, please provide us with an email address. If not, you will need to provide a physical mailing address.
• If you have access to your FLATS ID still, that is also helpful information
