The FLATS test is a foreign language test that BYU offers to universities and institutions across the country. It is NOT a placement exam, but rather an achievement test that allows examinees to earn up to 12 credits. The FLATS Test assesses listening, reading, and grammar proficiency at a beginner and intermediate level.
